My love for all things CHANEL....

My love for CHANEL, all things CHANEL, runs deep...if only I could afford anything Chanel now, ah dream... Meanwhile, I just received this email from Refinery 29 with amazing Chanel accessories. Does anyone have $17K for that bike?? How cool would that be to stroll around Central Park?!

Now that the holiday season is over and my hours have been cut to next to nothing, expect much more fashion updates. Sorry about the holiday delay!

January 8, 2010The Goods Get Your Own Temporary Chanel Tattoos Or Double C Branded Samurai Armor
By Daniela Jacobs

When it comes to Chanel, there are accessories...and then there are accessories. Yes, it's true: Besides handbags, jewelry, and shoes, they also make footballs, bicycles, fishing rods, and now even temporary tattoos and Samurai helmets (created by artist Tetsuya Noguchi in homage to the luxury brand). We're not sure how well Chanel-adorned Samurai armor can help perk up your winter outfit, but hey—Chanel's all about exclusivity, right? With a double-C fishing rod, you'd be the best dressed at the watering hole, and we guarantee that no other mall cop would have a Chanel-branded Segway. Here are the most bizarre accessories to get the Karl treatment.

bourgeois bow triple strand necklace at kate spade

This Kate Spade bow triple strand necklace (click link above),is the greatest holiday anything I've seen! The quality and make is superb and looks much more expensive than $125. I saw the bows advertised as hair pins, even a cocktail ring but when I went into KS on Fifth & 17th, there she was, this glowing, gold bow necklace! Given that I buy way too many necklaces these days I tried to skip it, but Im going back tomorrow for this must have. Check out the taxi mittens and color block leggings too at www.katespade.com. bourgeois bow triple strand necklace at kate spade

Erin Wasson America T!

This is one of my favorite t-s of the season, the navy and white stripes are always popular and go with most everything. To get away from too much of a sailors' look, I like this on by Erin Wasson (model and designer.) She is also featured on the pages of the Nov. J.Crew catalog. Jennifer Anniston also wore this (and it was featured in the Sept. issue of ELLE.) I ran out to Opening Ceremony and was lucky to get the last one! Now, available at Saks.
**The Saks Holiday windows are being unveiled this weekend! Bloomingdales was awesome, Harry Connick Jr. performed!**

Watch my picks on Ugly Betty!

The other day the Patricia Fields' stylists came in where I work to choose new outfits for "Ugly Betty" (America!) and her double. In the many upcoming weeks you will see Betty in an array of new J.Crew dresses and cashmere to go with Betty's more sophisticated look. Some hits will be the new purple-ish watercolor leopard-ish shirt. (Look for the dress too.) It's great to work with them and look forward to seeing my pulls on tv. Now if Eric Rodriguez would only stop in Crew to shop...wishful thinking!
